Who We Are
A gluten free brand founded for foodies, by foodies. We believe that gluten free food should be a pleasure, not a box ticking exercise. Our story began in Lagos as Nigeria’s 1st 100% gluten free bakery with 25 menu items and many options also nut and lactose free. Now popping up in London, we continue to craft elegant, considered flavours for a global community of food lovers who just happen to be gluten free.
